Healthy Kids, Safe Schools

The Healthy Kids, Safe Schools coalition, made up of healthcare professionals and parents, aims to protect the health and safety of Oregon’s students. In 2020, we were asked to help them define their narrative, identify their brand, and begin recruiting supporters to advocate in favor of eliminating non-medical exemptions from the state’s existing immunization policy for K-12 schools. We were proud to begin that work, helping to form the coalition, design a name and a logo, and begin creating materials. We also began a small digital acquisition campaign to recruit supporters and asked them to send personalized letters to their representatives in the Oregon State Legislature. We are excited to continue this work in future legislative sessions.
